promote and enable employees and

managers to identify employee’s area of
expertise rather than performing in pre-
defined job roles. The way India is
witnessing the growth in Fintech and
Financial inclusion, similarly it is expected
to see a good amount of entrepreneurial,
business & technological innovation,
along-with cultural and business
diversification.
